It was a beautiful overcast October afternoon when I met with Britt and Riley for their fall Forest Park engagement session St. Louis Mo. The red color of the maple trees were so vibrant and one of the most beautiful sights. The trees in all of their perfect glory illuminated the horizon with greens, oranges and yellows. Fall was absolutely in the air. We could feel it and see it in the splendor of colors that surrounded us making the most picturesque backdrop. It was truly a breathtaking sight. The wind on the other hand decided to make its presence known. It certainly did not put a damper on our time together, however. Britt fought the wind a bit, but it gave us more reason to laugh as we waited for the perfect moments to capture. The giggles were real as was the warm and sweet snuggles between them.
We started our session by the St. Louis Art Museum. After that we made our way down Art Hill. We enjoyed the magnificent maple trees that lined the horizon of the art museum.
From Art Hill, we made our way to The Muny and walked around The Pagoda Circle where the maple trees were really showing off. We got to enjoy the sun peak through the clouds for a few minutes. It added an extra sparkle to the already beautiful sight. Lastly, we ended with a champagne pop to celebrate their engagement! Our time together was sweet and fun as we got to know each other and chatted about the things that they’re most looking forward to as they plan and dream about their upcoming wedding in 2023.
I truly am so blessed to have this job. To get to meet such amazing people and document exciting and such momentous milestones in their lives is the best part. We had a wonderful time capturing Britt and Riley at their Forest Park engagement session in St. Louis Missouri.
