This University of Missouri Senior grad session in Columbia MO was such a fun session! I got call from a friend who had referred me to Jessie after finding out that her previous photographer had cancelled on her. My friend was trying to help Jessie find someone who would be available to step in, so I immediately contacted her. After speaking with Jessie and finding out that she had scheduled her session months prior, it was no surprise that she was devastated when her photographer could no longer meet with her. I just knew that I had to step in to help her document this exciting and momentous time as she prepared to graduate from Mizzou’s Sinclair School of Nursing. 

I was able to squeeze in time and make this possible for Jessie as time was not on our side and the weather was about to take a turn. All of the stars aligned and we were able to schedule her session for the very next day! 

Meeting Jessie was such a delight as she was all smiles from ear to ear. Jessie was not only incredibly sweet, but had the warmest and most contagious smile! She also knew exactly what she wanted, but was willing to go with the flow and trust any suggestions. We spent time walking around the columns, Jesse Hall, and chatting as we paused to document this exciting chapter in her life. It was such a relaxing and laid back session!

We truly could not have asked for a more perfect afternoon to document Jessie’s milestone! The sun was beautiful and the weather was just perfect. We laughed and talked about her future plans and job opportunities. I was so happy just listening to her light up as she talked about the exciting plans in the near future after graduation and of all the things she was looking forward to.

I am so thankful that it worked out in our favor and that we were able to get Jessie’s senior session photos for her to document her hard work, dedication and her wonderful accomplishment as she graduates with her nursing degree. We truly wish her the absolute best in the future and in all of her endeavors. We know with that sweet spirit and cheerful and positive attitude, she’s going to not only succeed at whatever she does, but she will make a fantastic nurse and so many people will be lucky to be in her care.
